About the role:

We are looking for a dynamic and self driven Business Development and Client Servicing Associate to join our team in New York. This is an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is eager to be part of building a global hospitality tech. business. 

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and generate client leads through various channels, including online and offline  research, networking, and cold calling.

Build a distribution network for North America identifying and closing engagements with relevant providers in the hospitality industry..

Conduct successful product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.

Prepare and update sales materials, including user manuals and marketing collateral.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional on ground customer service and support.

Collaborate with the tech. team to ensure seamless communication between clients and the company.

Collect and analyze customer feedback to convey VOC to continually improve our products and services.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and ensure kristalball is first among equals in the US hospitality industry.

Requirements

Requirements:


  • Proven track record of B2B BD & Client servicing in the hospitality tech sector preferred.


  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.


  • Excellent problem solving skills, critical thinking & analytical skills. 


  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Resourceful & driven to ensure win-win outcomes for clients and the company. 


  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work.


  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively across global time zones.


  • Digital marketing tools and CRM software experience are a plus.


  • Willingness to travel within the US as needed.


  • Excellent team player with ability to take people along. 


  • Entrepreneurial and hard working. Flexible and willing to go beyond the call of duty to build an exciting global business.


  • Bachelor's degree in business, commerce, hospitality management or related fields preferred.
